THE MONADNOCK SCHOOL OF
NATURAL COOKING AND PHILOSOPHY

Discovering a Way of Life through Cooking

"I learned cooking as a unified art," says Master Chef Hiroshi Hayashi, founder and principal instructor of the Monadnock School of Natural Cooking & Philosophy. Over the years, his students and apprentices have discovered a philosophical foundation for life, and explored the mysteries of the universe through food.
